Drupal Developer (4614)

Job Description

What will you do as a Drupal Developer? As a Drupal Developer, you will develop and maintain software applications, conduct system tests, and troubleshoot customer issues. You will work closely with other Drupal Developers, Scrum Masters, Project Owners, Web Delivery Manager and Technical Solutions Owner to ensure that tasks or projects are delivered on time, on budget, on standards, and meet the requirements. You will also be expected to follow a shift timing of 10:00AM-06:00PM Manila Time and report onsite four times a month.

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role? The ideal candidate is a Drupal developer with 2+ years of experience in Drupal 9+ framework. Additional advantageous qualifications include: Core Skills:
  • Experience in Agile development (Scrum or similar) and proficiency in project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to engage with colleagues at all levels.
  • Solid solution design and principles, along with analysis and documentation skills.
  • Experience in Web infrastructure, modern "DevOps" engineering practices, and tools like Continuous Integration/Delivery, DevOps on AWS.
  • Essential Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with Drupal concepts like configuration management, Drupal APIs, and Drush.
  • Proficiency in PHP7+, version control systems like GIT, REST Web services, and Postman.
  • Experience working with MySQL databases, including data manipulation, tuning, and performance using Drupal APIs.
  • Desirable Technical Skills:
  • Acquia certification and knowledge of Acquia cloud.
  • Familiarity with Symfony framework, testing frameworks like PHPUnit, and Docker-based local environments such as Lando and DDEV.
  • Integration experience with 3rd party systems.
